By using a step-by-step process to construct each home, RCC has maintained customer satisfaction and guaranteed quality.

1. Decide on a pre-drawn plan for your new home.
2. Digital engineering is completed including pre-wiring of technology and utility connections.
3. The floor, walls, and roof components are made with polystyrene, reinforced steel, and wire mesh.
4. All materials receive a thorough quality control inspection.
5. 4,000 psi concrete is poured to produce 6-inch thick walls that are individually joined using precise placement.
6. Then, 4,000 psi concrete is poured to produce an 8-inch thick ribbed floor within its frame.
7. After the structure of the roof is set into place, concrete is poured to form the roof.
8. Drywall is installed in the interior and spackling is completed.
9. The structures are separated in preparation for delivery and final installation.
10. The final result is a newly manufactured home by RCC.

Built to withstand Category 5 Hurricanes!

Traditional construction methods have proven to be vulnerable to hurricanes and high winds. Royal Concrete Concepts patented construction process combines reinforced steel, concrete, and polystyrene able to sustain the winds of a Category 5 hurricane. The synergy effectively creates some of the safest, most durable buildings on the market today. During recent storms throughout Florida and the Caribbean, thousands of traditionally constructed buildings were damaged or destroyed while not a single RCC-built structure sustained damage.

To ensure that our product is safe and durable against natural disasters, our walls have undergone a series of professional large missile impact tests. These tests are conducted by launching a 4-foot 2" x 4" block of wood from a cannon that is aimed at a wall. This test determines the exact level of impact that each wall can withstand. Such tests have concluded that our walls can withstand large missile impact of 85 mph. The new Florida building code requires 34 mph resistance.
