If you're looking for a great vacation rental condo in an ocean-side location, look no further than Kawama Yacht Club in Key Largo! Situated right on the ocean, Kawama is centrally located on Key Largo while still off the beaten path, offering a quiet and secure retreat for adults and families at reasonable prices.

The condominium complex is actually made up of several phases of development, each with their own style and rental terms. Phase One consists of two-story, 2-bedroom townhouses with screened patios & balconies on the western side of the central saltwater swimming lagoon. Phase Two contains three-story, 3-bedroom townhouses, some with as many as 4 bedrooms and all with 2 big screened balconies overlooking the eastern side of the central lagoon. Both phases have use of two pools -- the North Pool in the complex is open to all owners & guests, while the South Pool is reserved for townhouse owners & guests in both Phase One and Phase Two. Rentals in both these phases are limited to one-month minimums.

The Villas are a collection of two-story, 3-bedroom, spacious condos arranged alongside the Marina waterfront. These condos have a small garage, a large open-air patio & very nice open-air balcony. Most are "upscale" in decor and amenities, and they can be rented by the week or the month. Guests staying in the Villas section have access to the North Pool for freshwater swimming.

The Tower Building is a five-story "stilt" building situated alongside the marina which contains 48 "flat" condos. Two of these spacious condos are 1-bedroom units, while the remaining 46 are all 2-bedrooms. The building is accessed at ground level via two key-secured elevators, and the wide interior hallways on each level look out into the open-air central courtyard featuring tropical plantings & palm trees. Each condo in this building has a private laundry/utility room just outside the front door of the unit, and a cozy balcony, and can be rented by the week or month. These units are very spacious and most have bedding accommodations for 6 to 8 guests. Guest staying in the Tower have access to the building's exclusive "Oasis" pool, as well as the North Pool, for freshwater swimming.

All owners and guests can avail themselves of the sandy ocean beach that's part of the complex. Dotted with adirondak furniture painted in bright, tropical colors, BBQ and picnic areas and small chickee huts for shady relaxing, the beach is just a short walk from anywhere in the complex. Other amenities in the complex include: tennis courts, kids' playground, walking path & gated security.
